On March 6, 2026, The Girl Cave will host its annual Women in Business Summit, titled Power: Unscripted, bringing together executives, founders, and women business leaders from across North Texas for a curated leadership experience focused on influence, alignment, and sustainable growth.

Designed as an immersive alternative to traditional conferences, Power: Unscripted explores power not as performance or perfection, but as presence — expressed through decision-making, visibility, wellness, and collaboration.

The speaker lineup includes:

• Mallory Smith, seven-figure entrepreneur and customer data strategist, delivering the opening keynote on redefining strength and scalable success.
• Jessica Hammock, Licensed Professional Counselor and behavioral health executive, speaking on identity, emotional alignment, and purpose-driven leadership.
• Dr. Eleanor Duelley, naturopathic doctor and former military officer, presenting a physiology-based perspective on hormone health and sustainable leadership.
• Deb Lester, founder of Conquer, guiding women in strategic visibility and growth.
