We'll begin with gentle breathwork and supportive restorative poses, using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help you fully let go. Then, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra—a state of conscious deep rest in which your body sleeps while your awareness remains gently awake. In this liminal space, you'll release what no longer serves you and plant seeds for positive transformation.
Healing sound vibrations from bowls/gongs/chimes will wash over you throughout, deepening your relaxation and supporting your body's natural ability to renew.
This is not a practice of doing—it's a practice of receiving. Come rest deeply and leave feeling refreshed and whole.
