Celebrate Mother's Day with an extraordinary brunch available both Saturday, May 9th, and Sunday, May 10th. Choose the day that suits you best to dine at Blue Mesa’s  biggest brunch spread of the year. Opt for Saturday to enjoy all the festivities with lighter crowds.

Both days will offer an epic brunch holiday buffet that Blue Mesa is known for: A grill station with carne asada, garlic basil pork tenderloin, ginger-chipotle glazed ham, and red chile salmon. Exciting cook-to-order stations starting with made-to-order omelets, huevos rancheros, Belgian waffles with crispy fried chicken or berries & whipped cream. A build-your-own street taco station features pulled brisket, chicken verde, ground beef-chorizo, and assorted toppings including Blue Mesa’s signature que mada (grilled) salsa and jalapeno relish. Classic favorites include Blue Mesa’s original Adobe Pie^®, brisket enchiladas, king ranch chicken, blue corn cheese enchiladas, sweet corn cake, southwest mac ‘n cheese, and Chimayo corn. A Mexican chopped chicken salad, southwest Caesar, and fresh fruit are just some of what you’ll find on the salad bar. Top it off with a display of sweets including tres leches cake, sopapilla cheesecake, warm churros with chocolate and cajeta sauces, banana pudding, mini flans, chocolate fudge brownies, and more. The buffet price includes mimosas, OJ, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

Price: $50 per person including mimosas, $18 for kids ages 6 to 11, and free for ages 5 and younger.
