Celebrate Mother's Day with an extraordinary brunch available both Saturday, May 10th, and Sunday, May 11th. Choose the day that suits you best to dine at Blue Mesa’s  biggest brunch spread of the year. Opt for Saturday to enjoy all the festivities with lighter crowds.

Both days will offer the same epic brunch buffet that Blue Mesa is known for: exciting cook-to-order stations starting with made-to-order omelets, huevos rancheros, Belgian waffles with crispy fried chicken or berries & whipped cream. At the carving station: grilled beef tenderloin with chimichurri, red chile salmon with grilled pineapple relish, and ginger-chipotle glazed ham. A build-your-own street taco station features pulled brisket, chicken verde, ground beef-chorizo, and assorted toppings including Blue Mesa’s signature que mada (grilled) salsa and jalapeno relish. Classic favorites include Adobe Pie^®, blue corn cheese enchiladas, sweet corn cake, southwest mac ‘n cheese, and Chimayo corn. A Mexican chopped chicken salad, southwest Ceasar, and fresh fruit are just some of what you’ll find on the salad bar. Top it off with a display of sweets including French toast bread pudding, warm churros with chocolate and cajeta sauces, banana pudding, several flavors of mini flans, chocolate fudge brownies, and more. The buffet price includes mimosas, OJ, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

Price: $45 per person, $15 for kids ages 6 to 11, and free for ages 5 and younger.
