Lighten up your menus by focusing on fall vegetables. These dishes are so flavorful that you'll never miss the meat. Working with your small team, you'll master making a curry; roast squash and cauliflower to perfection; create a creamy ragout; and produce several tasty sauces. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.

  • Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Curry with Coconut & Greens
  • Roasted Winter Squash with Kale Pipian 
  • Creamy Mushroom Ragout with Soft Polenta
  • Cauliflower Roasted in Chile Butter

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
