Demonstration & Dinner. You will not be cooking in this class.

 

In this one and a half hour class, you'll sit back and relax and enjoy a meal while our instructors show you how to make each dish. You'll pick up tips on making a seasonal salad with wild rice, pomegranate, persimmons and toasted pistachios tossed with arugula; enjoy a roasted pumpkin filled with a savory bread pudding made of cheese, bacon, and fresh herbs; and delight in a luscious dessert.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
