Celebrate a menu filled with Tanya Holland's unique interpretation of modern soul food that is influenced by family, a French culinary education, and a love of food from a variety of cultures. You'll produce a base for your Benedict from grits; poach the perfect egg; create a flavorful hash; and bake Tanya's grandmother's apple cake. Then, you'll sit down to enjoy the delicious results of your efforts.

For 18 years old  & up. Attendees 21 & up will enjoy a glass of wine paired with the meal.
