We are thrilled to announce our next guest for our Broadway Masterclass Series! Mandy Gonzalez is coming to Shine and we can’t WAIT to have the students coach their pieces with her! 

What to bring: Students are encouraged to bring 16-32 bars to sing for Mandy. Mandy will choose students the day of the class. 

Mandy is currently guest-starring as Norma Desmond in Sunset Blvd on Broadway, she played Angelica in Hamilton, originated the role of Nina Rosario in In The Heights, and played Elphaba in Wicked. She is also a published author, having written a 4 book series for middle-grade students called Fearless. When she’s not on Broadway, you will also see her performing all over the US in venues like Carnegie Hall, voicing characters for animated films, and guest starring on tv shows like Madame Secretary, Bull, and Only Murders in the Building. She is a wealth of knowledge that is sure to inspire our students to be fearless and dream BIG!
